Use of Moggo

You may use Moggo only for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes. You are responsible for the content you upload, the accuracy of information you provide, and activity under your account.

Accounts

You must provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in credentials secure. You may not impersonate another person, attempt to access another user's account, or interfere with the service.

Photos and Content

Moggo may allow you to upload photos or profile information for scans, ratings, battles, and recommendations. You must have the right to upload any content you submit. Do not upload illegal, explicit, abusive, or infringing content.

AI Results

Moggo provides AI-generated scores, guidance, and recommendations for informational and entertainment purposes. Results may be inaccurate, incomplete, or subjective. They are not medical, psychological, professional, or legal advice.

Subscriptions and Purchases

Paid features may be offered through Apple in-app purchases. Billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled by Apple according to the App Store terms and your Apple account settings.

Restrictions

You may not reverse engineer the service, abuse rate limits, scrape data, upload malicious content, harass users, or use Moggo in a way that harms the service or other people.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for Moggo or other users, or use the service unlawfully.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Moggo after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
